Naughty Bear

PS3/X box 360
In Naughty Bear, players take on the role of Naughty Bear, a bear driven to seek vengeance after the other bears don’t invite him to the big birthday party. Scorned for the last time, Naughty Bear becomes hell bent on manipulating and terrorizing the blissful bears inhabiting the Island of Perfection.
As Naughty Bear, players will wreak havoc on every stuffing-filled foe that crosses their path. Featuring an array of weapons, objects and scare tactics, gamers strive to earn Naughty Points as they inflict physical and psychological harm on Naughty Bear’s enemies. This all-new scare-based points system means players will win the most rewards for being deviant and maniacal. The variety allows for a completely new experience every time players pick up a controller and the ill-fated bears become more difficult to harass and terrorize as the game progresses.
Naughty Bear features more than 30 levels to unlock, with unique characteristics and weaponry encountered at every stage. Gamers can search the game world and collect all the hidden party items locked away by the other bears.
No Plans for 360 FF14
Just read this on my kiki gerl friend teamxbox and i was just talking bout it yesterday in a party. i knew i heard it wasn’t coming out for xbox.
Square Enix has been a strong supporter of the Xbox 360 since its launch in 2005, but the next generation of the online series Final Fantasy may be Windows only. During E3 Square Enix Vice President of software development Hiromichi Tanaka was quoted as saying “Currently there are no plans for a version [of FF 14] for the Xbox 360”. The last time Square Enix spoke publicly about FFXIV they were ‘working with Mircosoft’ on an agreement to bring the title to the 360.
I guess this agreement hasn’t been set in place yet or whatever, but as of now there has been no development of a 360 version. stay tuned to Grim Gundam’s thread post as i will keep ya’ll updated if i hear any differently.

E3 2010 : Enslaved Odyssey to the West
From the creative developer team behind Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West is the next title in production. It is a third person action-adventure game based on an ancient chinese tale, where the main character was a monkey. The monkey is reincarnated as Monkey, a powerful, agile man. By his side is Trip, a tech savvy, sheltered woman that resembles Nariko from Heavy Sword.
The story is that it is 150 years in the future in a war-torn world, the human race is near the brink of extinction due to the mericiless robot drones that either enslave or kill. The survivor live in close group on the far reaches of the land. Monkey and Trip are captured on a slave ship and quick attempt to escape. This is where Trip realize her only hope on making it home is by utilizing Monkey’s raw strenght. She reprogram a slave headband to enslave and link Monkey to her, so if either one dies the other will die as well
This is a single player adventure which focus on working together. You gain full control over Monkey and AI controlled Trip by using a radial menu. There are simple commands like take cover, follow, creating a distraction and as you progress you get more command like the ability to heal you or scan enemies. Monkey is equipped with a plasma staff that he uses to perform melee attacks, blocks and range attacks. Being full of raw power Monkey can do special take-down maneuvers to annihilate his foes.
From looking at the demo it looks brilliant. Even though it takes place in a post apocalyptic world, its bright and lavish and appealing as buildings are covered in plant life. The character have a realistic feel and look. Facial expression are rendered really well. In the end there is a major emphasis on storytelling and emotion, where it makes you want to continue and find out what happens next.
It will be released later this year on PS3 and Xbox360.
E3 2010: NeverDead
During Konami’s press event they announced a game entitled NeverDead. This will be a third person action game and just from the name you could guess what it could be about. Our protagonist, Bryce has a never say die atitude and ability. Displayed in the demo trailer, even if he is dismembered he can put himself back together. Beat that Humpy Dumpy.
It is an interesting choice to use this unique healing mechanic. Bryce will be slicing and shooting his way through a demonic creature infested world. This gives it a Devil May Cry-ish ambience. Although it’s still in production will be available for Xbox360 and PS3.
